1st GREAT LAKES CHAMPIONSHIP TO BE HELD AT ROCHESTER
The first Great Lakes Thistle Championship is scheduled for July 9-10 at Rochester, New York at the Rochester Canoe Club. Lake Erie is the original home of the Thistle with strong competition expected. Arrangements are in the hands of Commodore Bob Russell, Fleet Captain Jack Williams, and others. Approximately 50 boats are expected to enter.
