New Official Thistle Insignia

Announcement and display of newly adopted official Thistle Class insignia designs for members to wear while in office. Designed by Ted Himsworth and S. F. Dodes, the insignia follows traditional sailing circle conventions with specific ranks indicated by gold stars and other devices.
